Left over currency gets new value

Following on from Julie Wooldridge’s fabulous collections with Solar Pig – a number of the ACEF team has created their own different collection jars. Just before the summer staff at Windsor High School began bringing in their spare holiday currency to put in “the Sunshine Pot”. Now at the end of Sept the Sunshine pot is full of donated money – 78 euros, 175 krona, 18 dollars and a smattering of Kenyan, Canadian and Barbados currency.

Thanks Windsor staff!

Add this to the funds that Jon Hodge and Liz Forby have been collecting at their workplaces and you have a great gift to support the Children at Brainhouse.

Could you do the same in your workplace to gather leftover money?
